Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cords, accessories, and documentation are included.

  Ship to Bishop

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
